• Include 3 clear photos of your face  — front, quarter view and side. Please do not wear makeup or jewelry and make sure hair is pulled away from your face.

• Dr. Romo will review your photos and determine what procedures are best for you.
   

• Diane, our Patient Concierge, will then arrange a phone or virtual consultation with Dr. Romo.
   

• Once you have both agreed on the best surgical plan, Diane will contact you with a quote.
   

• Dr. Romo is the Director of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital located at 100 East 77th Street and at the Manhattan Eye Ear & Throat Hospital at 210 East 64th Street, both in New York City. One of these facilities will be the site of your procedure.
   

• Our Patient Concierge, Diane, will help you with hotel accommodations and arrange for a private duty nurse to stay with you in your hotel during the recovery period.

• You need to arrive in New York one to two days before your surgery. During this time, you will have an in-depth consultation with Dr. Romo and your photographs will be taken. You will usually be required to stay in New York for five to seven days after surgery to recover.
   

• Medical clearance is required and must be performed in NYC prior to your procedure. We will facilitate an appointment with an internist.
