To begin your consultation process, you can use our

• Include three (3) clear photos of your child's face - front, quarter view and side. (Please make sure hair is pulled away from the face).

• Dr. Romo will review your photos and determine what procedures are best for your child
   

• Diane, our Patient Concierge, will then arrange a phone or virtual consultation with Dr. Romo.

• Once you have both agreed on the best surgical plan, Diane will contact you with a quote.
   

• Dr. Romo III is the Director of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at North Shore/LIJ Lenox Hill Hospital located at 100 East 77th Street, and at the Manhattan Eye Ear & Throat Hospital at 210 East 64th Street, both in New York City. One of these facilities will be the site of your procedure.
   

• Our Patient Concierge, Diane, will help you with hotel accommodations and arrange for a private-duty nurse to stay with you in your hotel during the recovery period.
   

• You and your child will need to arrive in New York one to two (1-2) days before your surgery. During this time, you will have an in-depth consultation with Dr. Romo, and pre-operative photographs will be taken. You will usually be required to stay in NYC for five to seven (5-7) days after surgery, to recover.
   

• Medical clearance is required and must be performed in NYC prior to your procedure. We will facilitate an appointment with an internist.
